By accessing the SQS website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All products sold by SQS are strictly intended for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. These compounds are not approved for, and must not be used for, human or animal consumption, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic use, or any application outside of controlled laboratory settings.

You must be a qualified research professional to purchase from SQS. By completing a purchase you confirm that (1) you are at least 18 years of age, (2) you operate within a legitimate research capacity, and (3) all compounds will be used solely in controlled laboratory settings in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Orders are accepted via cryptocurrency only (BTC, ETH, USDT). Payment must be confirmed on-chain before an order is processed. SQS reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and will issue a refund of the received payment amount in such cases.

All sales are final once payment is confirmed. No cancellations can be accepted after payment is received. Returns are not accepted on research compounds. See our Refund & Return Policy for the limited circumstances in which a refund may be issued.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, to harm any person or animal, for human or veterinary consumption, for resale without authorization, or in any manner that violates applicable regulations. SQS reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

SQS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond in vitro laboratory research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of SQS products or services shall be subject to binding arbitration. By purchasing, you waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit against SQS.
