Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Please review the limited circumstances in which a refund may apply.
All Sales Final
All sales are final once payment has been confirmed on-chain. Returns are not accepted on research compounds. Due to regulatory, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of any compounds once an order has been fulfilled.
All sales are final. No cancellations or returns once payment is confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
To initiate a claim, message us on Telegram (@subq_scientist1) or WhatsApp (+1 470-862-7353) with your order ID and clear photos documenting the damage or incorrect item.
Lost in Transit
Due to the logistics of international shipment from China, packages lost in transit are not eligible for a guaranteed refund. International shipping involves variables entirely outside our control — customs clearance, border delays, carrier handling — and lost-in-transit outcomes are an inherent risk of international logistics.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept the risk that packages may be lost in transit and that a refund cannot be guaranteed in such cases.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only for orders incorrectly fulfilled due to our error (wrong compound, wrong quantity). Upon receiving your claim with supporting photos, our team will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are not subject to a restocking fee.
Crypto Refunds
All approved refunds are processed back to the original cryptocurrency wallet address used for payment. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Note that blockchain network fees are non-refundable. Exchange rate fluctuations between payment and refund date are outside our control.
