Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 48 hours of on-chain payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Standard international shipping is the only method currently available. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance times. Expedited shipping is not offered at this time.

All orders are shipped in discreet research packaging. There is no external branding, company name, or product identification visible on the outside of the package. Contents are listed generically on any required customs documentation.

Tracking information is provided when available and will be shared with you via Telegram or WhatsApp after dispatch. Tracking updates may be limited or delayed for international shipments. Not all carriers provide real-time tracking to all destinations.

All orders ship internationally from China. Delivery times vary significantly by destination. Customers are responsible for ensuring that importing research compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable import regulations.

SQS is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or additional fees caused by customs inspection or border procedures. Customs outcomes are entirely outside our control. If a package is seized by customs, SQS cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of international shipment from China, packages lost in transit cannot be guaranteed a refund. International logistics involve variables entirely beyond our control, and lost-in-transit outcomes are an inherent risk of international shipping that the buyer must be willing to accept prior to purchase.
